The administrator of your data is Syrenka Media Lab based at 37 Tamka St in Warsaw. We have been operating since September 2017 and have played open cards from the very beginning. We are not an impersonal corporation, but a group of 9 people who know how to make noise online. Your data reaches us only when you decide to contact us yourself – for example, by sending an inquiry about a TikTok campaign or influencer collaboration.

Marek Nowakowski, our founder, ensures that the Lab is a place worthy of trust. We don't like fluff, so briefly: we respect your privacy as much as our own. Your data is safe with us because we build relationships on results and trust, not on trading contact databases.

If you believe we act illegally, you have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate office, but we believe a simple conversation with Marek or Aneta from our team is enough to clarify any doubt.

Your data is closely guarded with us. We don't sell it to anyone, don't rent it, and don't exchange it with other agencies. Only our 9-person team working on Tamka has access to it. Each of us knows that client privacy is sacred. We use secure servers and SSL encryption, which means no outsider will intercept your message sent via the contact form. This is a standard we watch over with every project.

Sometimes we have to pass some data to our trusted technological partners, e.g., hosting company or invoice system, but this happens only to the extent necessary to run our company. We cooperate exclusively with entities that guarantee a high level of security. We store your data as long as needed to realize a campaign or until you ask for its removal. After finishing cooperation and settling all invoices, data is archived according to tax law regulations, and then safely destroyed.
